We believe passionately in making fantastic British food using fresh, good quality, seasonal ingredients, sourced as locally as possible. Established in Hertfordshire since 1985, we are a family run, ethical company, committed to providing great value food whilst ensuring our staff and suppliers are fairly paid.
We recycle all our waste and use biodegradable packaging from our supplier Vegware.
We also run a stall at local farmers markets, which helps us stay in touch with excellent local producers.

We have also recently developed our own range of hand roasted, single origin coffee, using excellent quality Rainforest Alliance beans from Colombia and Brazil. Our freshly roasted coffee can be found at Richmond Artisan Market every Sunday.
